Aim:

Establish an Arabic – MSUS accredited body under the ARLAR, as a platform for Arabic MSUS experts cooperation and to enhance  the MSUS teaching and accreditation for the rheumatologists in the region to the international level within the Arabic region.

Objectives:
Spread the MSUS skills among the rheumatologists in the region.

• Facilitate the training of fellows and trainees with in the Arabic region.

• Standardize the MSUS practice with in the Arabic region according to the international guidelines.

• Establish an accredited ARLAR-MSUS certification program, to certify the rheumatologists in the region to practice MSUS.

• Conduct a regional MSUS related research projects.

Plan:

• Regular accredited MSUS courses, in the region starting from basic to intermediate with targeting to advanced level.

• Collaboration with international bodies of MSUS as the EULAR, and ACR to implement their guidelines and accreditation standards.

• Participate effectively with ARLAR journal editors; to have regular published articles related to MSUS practice and research.
